Darcie Welsh (maiden name Fish) grew up in Millville, WI. Her family owned horses before she was born, so Darcie grew up around these wonderful animals loving everything about them. The family used the horses for trail riding. Once Darcie reached the age of 13 she grew interest in rodeo and started to barrel race in the Little Britches of Wisconsin. From there she went on to the NBHA and then to the professionals in the WPRA. During this time Darcie had done the training on her competition horses and decided to professionally train for others. Darcie starting her professional training career 2002. In 2004 Darcie took an opportunity to travel to Springfield, MO and train reining horses. This was a great learning experience and huge turn around for Darcie's training career. She fell in love with reining and found that she had an abundance of natural ability for it. Now her main focus it training and showing reining horses.

Bill grew up in Wauzeka, WI. His family was also horse owners from the time Bill was born. The family showed their horses in halter, pleasure and games. At the age of 6 Bill started riding calves in Youth and Wisconsin Little Britches Rodeos. He rode bulls in LBW and High School Rodeo until he graduated High School. He then moved on to bull riding in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. He competed in the PRCA for 8 years. Bill went to school in 2001 and became a certified Farrier. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He is such a valued Farrier he is being flown to many other states to shoe performance horses. He has over 10 recommendations from veterinarians across the country.
